Definition of Criteria
Attitude: Defined as the overall way that a person approaches his or her job on a daily basis.
       
Job Performance: Defined as how well one does his or her job.    
     
Product Knowledge:  Defined as how well one understands the products and services provided by  
  The Thompson Group.    
       
Initiative: Defined as one's motivation to create new ideas, referrals and the sale of our products.
  Also, one's ability to go beyond the limits of their job description for the good  
  of the company or customer.    
     
Social Skills: Defined as one's ability to interact and get along with co-workers and customers.
